Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Herbal teas

  • Capsules

  • Salves

  • Aromatic products

  • Wellness  items

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for opened or unopened products.

 


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund at our discretion

 


Lost or Stolen Packages

Aminatá Indigo Root is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen thereafter. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

 


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. AIR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

 


Wellness Services & Consultations

  • Wellness consultations and services are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling may be permitted with 24-hour notice.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
